What to Expect at Alpha

A typical Alpha session includes three key elements that create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

1. Food

Each session begins with a meal. It is a simple way to connect, relax, and get to know others before the conversation begins.

- Casual dinner or refreshments
- Meet new people in a relaxed setting
- Build community before diving into discussion

2. Talk

There is a video that introduces the topic for the night with questions like Who is Jesus?, Why pray?, or How does God guide us? The talk is designed to spark thought and conversation, not to pressure or persuade.

- Engaging presentation or video
- Explores the basics of Christian faith
- Different topic each week

3. Discussion

After during the talk, we pause and break into conversation groups. This is a space to share your thoughts, ask questions, or simply listen. You will never be put on the spot, and you are free to participate as much or as little as you like.

- Safe space to share thoughts and questions
- No question is too simple or hostile
- Small group conversations.
