Loving and serving our community
Last year we served over 500 local residents on Canada Day. This year we want to continue building relationships and demonstrating God's love to our neighbours.
This Year's Details
Setup - Monday June 30, 10am-1pm
Setup on the day, 2pm-5pm
Volunteer prayer and brief, 5pm
Event, 6pm-9pm (fireworks at dark)
Packdown - Wednesday July 2, 10am-12noon
Volunteering
The most important aspect of a successful outreach event is you – the volunteers serving on the ground. You are the hands and feet of Jesus, his representatives to the hundreds of people attending.
Thank you for your service and for considering being involved this year.
There are many roles required to make the day a success. In the form below you can indicate which roles you're happy to serve in. You can even select "Place me where you need me!" (our favourite option).
From the BBQ team to managing the bouncy houses; serving in our information tent to being a site stewardship–every role is critical.
