Assure all children are signed in

Sign the attendance form

During the service (every 10 minutes after kids are dismissed)

Watch for people going downstairs during the service and ensure they return upstairs

Watch for children leaving the classrooms

Ensure that children are under control – interact with the class and let the teachers know you are around
